Know Before You Go: 5 Things to Remember Before You Tee Off

We're so excited to welcome you to the 17^th Annual Ontario Women in Mortgages Charity Golf Tournament! Before you hit the course, here are five quick things to know before the big day.

1. Embrace the Theme: She's Got the Beat!

Dust off your favourite concert tee, channel your inner music icon, or get creative with your cart décor. We'll be awarding prizes for Best Dressed Foursome and Best Decorated Cart, so don't be shy, bring the energy! Prizes will also be awarded for Best Dressed Volunteers.

2. Cash or E-Transfer Only for the Fun Stuff

Our fundraising activities help support the Canadian Women's Foundation, and there are plenty of ways to join in on the fun.

You'll need cash or e-transfer for raffle tickets, 50/50 draws, mulligans, wine contest ballots, and silent auction purchases.

Credit cards will be accepted for silent auction purchases only.

3. Don't Forget Your Wine Donation

Participating in the Wine Contest? Please bring a bottle of wine to donate. Then grab some ballots for your chance to take home a case or two!

4. Quick Schedule at a Glance

18 Hole Course Schedule (South Course):

8:30 a.m. — Continental Breakfast and Registration opens (Driving range available)
10:00 a.m. — Shotgun Start on South Course Lunch will be provided at Halfway Hut on course
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. — Cocktails/Silent Auction (Last call for ticket sales)
5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. — Dinner, Prizes & Silent Auction Wrap-up (Silent auction closes at 7:30 p.m.)

9 Hole Course Schedule (North Course):

10:00 a.m. — Registration opens
11:00 a.m. — 90-minute Golf Clinic begins
12:30 p.m. — BBQ Lunch in Bistro
1:15 p.m. — Shotgun Start on North Course
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. — Cocktails/Silent Auction (Last call for ticket sales)
5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. — Dinner, Prizes & Silent Auction Wrap-up (Silent auction closes at 7:30 p.m.)

5. Arrive Early & Enjoy the Day

Give yourself a little extra time to park, check in, connect with fellow attendees, and take in all the fun surprises we've planned. From on-course treats to fundraising activities and prizes, there's plenty to enjoy throughout the day.
